FAQ & Trade Terms

Straight answers on MOQ, lead time, Incoterms, payment and certificates.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?There is no rigid MOQ on most valve types — we can consolidate a mixed list of valves, fittings and flanges into one order. For made-to-order or special-material items a minimum batch may apply, which we state clearly in the quotation.
What are your typical lead times?Stock and standard items: roughly 7–20 days. Made-to-order valves (special materials, actuated, large bore): commonly 25–45 days depending on specification. The exact lead time is confirmed on each quotation before you order.
Which Incoterms do you offer?EXW, FOB (main China ports), CFR and CIF. For Gulf and Southeast Asia destinations we usually quote FOB or CIF to your nominated port (e.g. Jebel Ali, Dammam, Jakarta, Port Klang).
What payment terms do you accept?Commonly T/T (telegraphic transfer) with a deposit and balance against shipping documents or a copy B/L. Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for larger orders. Terms are agreed per order — details to be finalised once contact and banking are set up.
Do you provide certificates and test reports?Yes. Material certificates (EN 10204 3.1 where applicable), hydrostatic/pneumatic test reports, and manufacturer quality certificates are supplied with the goods. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) can be arranged at your request and cost.
Can you supply to specific standards (API, DIN, ANSI)?Yes — we match each item to your required standard and flag any conflict between the standard, material and rating you have specified before production starts.
Do you handle the full export process?Yes. Packing, marking, certificate of origin, booking and shipment to your port are handled for you. We send photo and video reports at inspection and before loading.
How fast do you respond to enquiries?Quotations are normally returned within one Gulf working day. We observe Gulf working days (Sunday–Thursday) for urgent customers and answer time-critical messages on Friday/Saturday via WhatsApp once it is set up.
